Dr. William S. Donald III is a distinguished leader, author, and Apostolic voice committed to empowering individuals to lead with clarity, conviction, and meaningful impact. As a retired Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the United States Army, he draws upon more than two decades of service to bring a disciplined and results-oriented perspective to leadership development, grounded in real-world experience.
In his role as a Metropolitan Archbishop of the Fresh Manna Alliance of Christian Ministries and the United Communion of Georgia Churches , Dr. Donald offers spiritual guidance and leadership training for ministers and leaders who seek both depth and structure in their calling. His work highlights the necessity of harmonizing calling with character, and anointing with order.
